Hypership Out of Control is a fast-paced space shooter with retro graphics and chiptunes. Your brake is broken and your gas pedal is stuck, all you can do is try to avoid obstacles while moving in the speed of light! Hypership has no enemies, which just makes it a unique experience for iOS.

Positives

Hypership is gorgeous. I love pixelated graphics and I think I’ve made it clear with similar game, the Last Rocket. This game is no exception because it has so amazing graphics and yes, chiptunes! The game is original too, it’s fast-paced and you’re not standing still just shooting for enemies. You’ll have to dodge the big meteors (unless you get a special gun) and shoot the small ones. This is one of those games that is super addicting.

Negatives

There’s really no actual negative comment to say about this. My thumb starts to hurt after playing for a while, but this may be just a personal problem. Besides, if my thumb hurts, it means I’ve been playing a lot of it, and that’s just a positive!

Final Verdict

I really can’t stop praising Hypership Out of Control, it is original and it has great graphics, sounds, gameplay, it’s universal and costs just a buck. You really can’t miss out such a great indie game. It’s basically as good as jAggy Race in my opinion, but this is universal!
